This is a hit with the whole family and it couldn’t be easier! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
12 frozen chicken tenders
1 can corn
2 cups of your favorite salsa
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes (or Mexican stewed tomatoes)
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8 hours. Shred chicken once fully cooked and allow to sit on low for as long as time allows. Top with your desired ingredients.
Toppings: avocado, shredded cheese, crumbled multi grain chips
